NETDEV WATCHDOG: etho: transmit timed out - Debian kernel

Finally, I can resolve it. When trying to get an IP from DHCP server, my computer always complain like the title of this post. The solution is simple and can be found on some website, crawled by Google. I just need to add a noapic parameter to kernel on boot.
