Apache 1.3 to Apache 2.0 dispatch.fcgi problem

This morning I've got a phone call from Australia. It was about his suddenly broken website. Actually I've already knew this, but I haven't found any clues. The website display dispatch.fcgi content rather than display suitable view. I've finally knows from http://www.h3rald.com/blog/apache2-upgrade that this was because apache sudden upgrade from 1.3 to 2.0.

Change the line from:

     # Apache 1.3:
     AddHandler fastcgi-script .fcgi

to:

     # Apache 2:
     AddHandler fcgid-script .fcgi

resolve the problem.
